The bench type shaft straightener ASM 350 is specifically designed for automatic
straightening of armature shafts for car starter motors
Straightening is achieved by bending the rotating shaft and slowly releasing the
bending force.
The armature is manualy loaded on the V- shaped seat of the machine. The whole
cycle of introducing the shaft into the bending press, the straightening and pulling out
of the finished part is achieved automatically.

ASM-200
Automatic Arm. Shaft Straightening Machine
| Description
|
ACM 200 is designed for automatic shaft straightening. The armatures are
automatically fed by conveyor to the straightening device.Following, the shaft material
put under pressure enters into the "plastic zone" and then reverts back to
a straighter shaft.
This method of straightening guarantees near perfect accuracy.
In fact the accuracy is so good that standard measurement testing is not
needed.
