SWM 500-5 Automatic Spot Welding Machine

The Automatic Spot Welding Machine SWM-500-5 is designed for welding or soldering of armature wires to the commutator sections. The SWM-500-5 is a semi-automatic welding machine with a horizontal axis for the armature to be processed  and vertical movement of the electrodes.

Speeds production, depends on the number of bars and the geometry of the commutator (for example 82 pcs/hour for 28 bars armature type PMGR Ford)
