Description
                                                     .

The JetMag magnetohydrodynamic units are designed for soldering coils to the commutator segments of electric machines.

The JetMag can be used with all types of standard solders for operating temperatures of up to 450 degrees C, including those containing a minimum amount of tin.

JetMag is a multi-purpose unit and can be used for soldering various types and sizes of rotors in large, medium or small-scale productions as  well as in the repair of commutator-type electric machines.
It can also be operated in combination with an industrial robot or manipulator and can be incorporated into automated production lines.
JetMag combines the highly effective jet soldering technology with the magnetohydrodynamic principle of driving, heating and magnetic treatment of the molten solder.
JetMag units are manufactured in four basic versions which accommodate most commutator sizes.
