AUTOMATIC CLIPS FORMING AND INSERTING MACHINE

The CFI-01S Clips-Forming and Inserting Machine is a fully automated bench type machine designed for inserting clips into the armatures hairpins leads. This operation prepares the armatures with riser less commutator for the subsequent operation: Welding with the Automatic Commutator Spot-Welding Machine SWM-500MS.

The CFI-01S cycle time is 1.2 seconds per slot and, with this productivity the machine is able to feed with armatures two Spot-Welding machines simultaneously. The machine is fully automatic and the only manual operation is the armature loading/unloading. The machine is suitable for any type riserless commutator, regardless of the size of the armature or the number of slots.
