Air Operated Manipulator AOM-01S

 

 

Description

The AOM-01S is designed to ensure operator safety and reliability during assembling process of heavy-duty starters and alternators. The manipulator consists of strong steel column mounted on the floor, in the upper end of which is positioned a movable arm for radial translation. The thrust bearings of the manipulator’s ties ensure easy horizontal movement by hand of the manipulator.
The movement of the arm in vertical, horizontal and radial directions is realized via built-in valves in an easy to operate handle.
The manipulator ensures precise control while featuring a three-degree-of-freedom movement system (horizontal, vertical and rotational).
