Automatic Armature's Shaft Bearing Journal Expanding Machine SEM-01

Description

In the armature rebuilding process it is important to select and separate the armatures depending on the size of the bearing journals and to classify them for different sized bearing bushings.

Usually about 30% of the shafts have undersized bearing journals and they need reshafting, which is a very costly operation.  Not only does the shaft need replacing but usually the commutator has to be replaced as well. A lot of resources can be saved if the size of the shaft's bearing journal can be recovered.

Our semi-automatic machine SEM-01  is specifically designed  to meet all these requirements.
