Description

AMS-03 is designed to measure the diameters of the shaft ends (bearing journals) of the used armatures and the commutator.

AMS-03 is completely automated measuring device. The sensors of the station evaluate and sort the measured armatures into different categories (1X, 2X, 3X), thereby separating the usable parts from the rejects. The results from the measurement are displayed in an user friendly manner, by means of simple text and color coding. The data for 50 different types of armatures can be stored in the memory of the control system.
