ARO-2 Impregnation Oven 

 

Description

The Impregnation oven ARO-2 is designed to apply varnish coating to starter armatures and alternator rotors. The work pieces are transported by a carrying chain, attached to the shaft end in changeable bushings. The impregnation oven is divided into 5 work  zones:

Loading/Unloading

bullet

Work piece preliminary heating

bullet

Immersion of the workpieces in the varnish bath

bullet

Drying of the varnish coating

bullet

Cooling off

bullet

It takes approximately 88 minutes for the entire operation of processing one workpiece through the ARO-2 Impregnation oven.  Pieces are loaded at the rate of one unit every 24 seconds.
