The bench type shaft straightener ASM 350 is especially designed for automatic
straightening of the armature shaft for car starter motors
Straightening is achieved by bending the rotating shaft and slowly releasing the
bending force.
The armature is placed by hand on the V- shaped seat of the machine. The whole
cycle of introducing the shaft into the bending press, the straightening and pulling out
of the finished part is achieved automatically.

ASM-200
Automatic Arm. Shaft Straightening Machine
| Description
|
ACM 200 is designed for automatic shaft straightening. The armatures are
automatically gravity fed by conveyor to the straightening device. Now under pressure, the
shaft material enters into the "plastic zone" then reverts back to a straighter
shaft.
This method of straightening guarantees near perfect accuracy.
So perfect that standard measurement testing is not required.
