ACM13 - Hydraulic Commutator Installing Press

bullet

Description

The press is a horizontal, bench model, connected to the hydraulic unit by flexible hoses. A mechanical device for the armature and an optical one for the commutator are provided for angular orientation of the assembled parts. Movement is controlled by a hand operated valve.
Approximate capacity:  180 - 240 pcs/hr.

The press has a sturdy steel frame with heavy-duty through-rod hydraulic cylinder and a strong adjustable rear stopper. The bench model version includes press, hand operated valve, hydraulic power unit and flexible hoses. A light metal supporting frame is available as an option, enclosing also the power unit.

Features

bullet

The armature is placed horizontally and centered on a changeable supporting seat. A changeable  socket, shaped according to the commutator size, is fixed to the front side of the rod. Marks and stops make it possible to achieve core to micanite or core to bar alignment of the armature.

bullet

Optional optical device can be used for easier and precise setting of the commutator angular position.

bullet

The hydraulic cylinder stroke is limited by adjustable stop at the cylinder rod as a rule, ensuring perfect repeatability of the commutator position. A stop in the commutator socket can be used as an alternative which makes it possible to eliminate the shaft length deviation.
