  CCM-03 Armature Winding End Cutting Shear

Description

CCM-03 cuts off the pointed ends of the armature windings to the exact length, depending on the commutator position. The hand wheel for setting up the length is in a convenient position at the top of the machine.

The cutting cycle is started by a push button, after having introduced the coil ends into the tooling eyes, and all the ends are cut simultaneously.

The cutting tools are made of high quality tool steel, guaranteeing long life and multiple sharpening.

Approximate capacity:  600 pcs/hr.
