The Slot Insulation Forming machine
SF-01S is an automatic
machine for forming and inserting insulation into the slots of the armature body. The
forming of the insulation is achieved by three pairs of profiled rollers and through
double intermediate heating. A two-seated indexing attachment for fixing the armature
allows quick replacement of the completed armature with a new work
piece.
