ASC-02 - Automatic Machine For Simultaneous Cleaning of The Outside and Inside Diameter of Car Alternator Stators

 

Description

ACS-02 is a semi-automatic machine with manual loading/unloading of the workpiece.  Old paint or impregnation varnish are simultaneously cleaned from the surface of both I.D. and O.D. of car alternator stators, mainly those with smooth outside diameter surfaces. The outside surface is cleaned with a circular steel wire brush rotating with it's axis parallel to the axis of the workpiece. For the inner diameter the classic sanding process is adopted, using a slotted rubber drum for the sanding band support.
